Diesel prices nearly double, the national cabinet is convened, the Prime Minister says ‘don’t panic’, out-of-touch world-leaders make decisions that wreak havoc on the entire planet. Some of us plant an extra garden bed, others don’t even have time to consider what the impacts might be. We are in uncertain times, our normal lives are facing shocks not seen for decades. Are you prepared? Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, excited, uncertain, avoidant, or something else? What is happening will naturally trigger all sorts of emotions.
